Browse our products, add your items to the cart, and proceed to checkout. You can pay using all major credit cards, PayPal, Apple Pay, Google Pay, and Shop Pay. Once your order is confirmed, you'll receive an email with your order details straight away.
We process orders quickly, so changes or cancellations must be requested within 1–2 hours of placing the order. Please email us at shopelementrx@gmail.com as soon as possible with your order number. Once fulfilment has begun, we're unable to make changes.
First, check your spam or junk folder — our emails sometimes land there. If it's not there either, it's possible a typo in your email address was entered at checkout. Contact us at shopelementrx@gmail.com with your full name and we'll locate your order and resend the confirmation.
We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, Diners Club, PayPal, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Shop Pay, and Bancontact. All transactions are encrypted and processed securely through Shopify Payments.

Yes — ELEMENT RX ships to a wide range of countries worldwide. International delivery times and costs vary by destination and will be shown at checkout. Please note that customs duties or import taxes may apply depending on your country's regulations, and these are the responsibility of the customer.
Once your order ships, you'll receive a tracking email with a link to follow your package in real time. You can also visit our Track Your Order page and enter your order details directly. If tracking hasn't updated in 48 hours after dispatch, please get in touch with us.
This can occasionally happen. We recommend first checking with neighbours, your building's reception, or a safe drop location nearby. If you still can't locate it, email us at shopelementrx@gmail.com with your order number and we'll investigate with the carrier and make it right.
All ELEMENT RX products are formulated with quality ingredients and manufactured to high standards. We want you to be completely satisfied. If you're not happy with your purchase, please review our full Refund Policy for eligibility and timelines. Generally, items must be returned in their original, unopened condition within the specified window. Opened supplements may not be eligible for return for hygiene reasons.

Once your return is received and approved, refunds are typically processed within 5–10 business days back to your original payment method. The exact timing may vary depending on your bank or payment provider. You'll receive a confirmation email once the refund has been issued.
You can manage, pause, or cancel your subscription at any time through your ELEMENT RX account portal, or by contacting us at shopelementrx@gmail.com. Please refer to our Cancellation Policy for specific terms. Cancellations must be made before your next billing cycle to avoid being charged for that period.
Subscription billing occurs on the same day each cycle (monthly or as selected at checkout) based on your original purchase date. You'll receive a reminder email before each renewal charge so you're never caught off guard.
Yes. If you'd like to adjust the delivery frequency of your subscription, reach out to us at shopelementrx@gmail.com and we'll update it for you. We're working on a self-service portal to make this even easier in the future.
No — you can checkout as a guest without creating an account. However, creating an account makes it easier to track your orders, manage subscriptions, and access your purchase history in one place. It's quick and free to set up.
